To use SpinItIn, you must:

  • Not be subject to a self-exclusion order that covers community platforms associated with gambling operators
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information

SpinItIn is a free-to-use community and affiliate platform. We do not offer gambling products. All wagering takes place with our partner casinos under those operators' own terms and licences.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation

You may only create one account. Multiple accounts may result in suspension or termination.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • All activities under your account
  • Immediately notifying us of unauthorised access

4. How You Earn Points

4.1 Free Prediction Games

Registered members earn points by taking part in free prediction games — predicting outcomes of content streamed on the platform. Entry is always free; no purchase is required.

4.2 Wagering Rewards

Members who hold an account with one of our partner casinos and have linked their casino username to their SpinItIn profile may earn additional points in proportion to their wagering at that casino. Points are calculated from aggregate daily data provided to us by the casino's affiliate system. We do not hold, process, or have visibility of individual wagers, stakes, or account balances.

4.3 Leaderboards

We run monthly wagering leaderboards for each partner casino, awarding points and prizes based on final position. The prizes and their terms are published on each leaderboard page.

4.4 No Payments to SpinItIn

Members never pay SpinItIn anything. We hold no funds, take no stakes, process no deposits or withdrawals, hold no payment details, and operate no gambling product of our own. All deposits, withdrawals, and identity verification are handled by the partner casino under that operator's own terms and licence.

5. Responsible Gambling

We are committed to promoting responsible gambling. If you wager at one of our partner casinos, deposit and loss limits are set directly with that operator. You can also:

  • Request that your SpinItIn account be suspended or closed at any time by contacting us at support@example.com

You must not:

7. Intellectual Property

Site content created by or for Spinitin Ltd — including site copy, competition and leaderboard content, and video we produce — is owned by Spinitin Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws. Game titles, game artwork, game provider names and logos, and casino brand names and logos remain the property of their respective owners and are used under our affiliate and content arrangements with those operators. Nothing on this site asserts ownership of, or affiliation with, any third-party brand beyond those arrangements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Acme Gaming Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
